Looking for an "ENJOYABLE" but "STRESS FREE" event then come to ABBOTT PARTY RENTALS. At Abbott Party Rental, our goal is to provide complete wedding and event coordinating services – delivering superior quality, and creating lasting memories. We specialize in putting together packages for each client, working with their budget, and cateering to individual style and needs. We also offer full décor and chair cover rentals services for events ranging from small intimate gatherings to large extravagant galas. We can make your event a day to remember by using amazing centerpiece, endless planning, and superb linens and decors to design an event that will dazzle your guests.

The month prior to your wedding is the most crucial time of the wedding planning process. This is the time when all plans with vendors and last minute details for your wedding are finalized. Therefore, heavy duty preparations will begin four weeks prior to your wedding and or event. At this time our staff will sit down with you to discuss the fine and final details of your wedding or event and how you would like the day to flow. Regular consultation meetings with you will continue via email, and/or telephone, throughout the remaining weeks, leading to the actual day.

 Services will include:

1.   Review of all vendor contracts

2.   Guest list and RSVP management

3.   Coordination with vendor to confirm details of arrival and delivery times

4.   A detailed wedding day timeline

5.   A DJ/Emcee wedding reception script

6.   Onsite visit to ceremony and reception venue

7.   Distribution of wedding day timeline to vendors and wedding party

8.   Coordination and management of the ceremony and reception (10 hours)

9.   Distribution of the final payments and gratuities to vendors

10. Coordination of wedding rehearsal (2 hours)
