1. Quoted prices are for a one day rental. Call for special rates on long term rentals. Prices are subject to change without notice.

2. A delivery charge will apply to all orders. A surcharge will be added for overtime deliveries and/or pickups.

3. A surcharge will be added for walk-up deliveries of more than one flight.

4. The customer is responsible for all losses and any damage to rental equipment, including linen.

5. Cancellations within 24 hours of the day of delivery will be subject to a 50% packing and restocking fee.

6. To comply with health regulations, all china, glasswareand flatware must be rinsed and returned free of all food particles.

7. Linen Policy: Customer is responsible for damage beyond repair to linen, such as tears, burnholes, stains, mildew and candlewax. Replacement costs will be 3x rental.

8. Section 527.8(f)(2) of the Sales and Use TaxRegulations states that the purchase of tangiblepersonal property by a caterer, event planner, florist,etc. for use in catering an event is not a purchase forresale and is subject to the sales tax. Accordingly, rentals of linens, tables, tents, chairs, bars, silverware, glassware, chinaware, and serving utensils areconsidered to be retail sales of tangible personal property as defined under Section 110(6)(4) of theTax Law and the receipts from the rentals are subjectto the tax imposed under Section 1105(9) of the Tax Law.
